| It means gameguard isn't connecting. It gets stuck at connection, with Retry and Cancel. Then it loads up the Client but gives Error Code: 380. On my old server it had this problem with this solution: - Quote :

Alright, all of you guys who cannot log on, here is how to fix it.
Go to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
There you should see: host
Open with NOTEPAD
You should see---
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp. # # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows. # # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name. # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one # space. # # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol. # # For example: # # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1 localhost 91.121.20.21 nprotect.ryl.com.my
Add the 91.121.20.21 nprotect.ryl.com.my to the bottom of the file.
Do a File Check 1 time or twice before log in.
Everything should work. So I'm guessing that this line "91.121.20.21 nprotect.ryl.com.my" is different for this server. I can't seem to find the fix.

| Still not working for me.
Specs: Intel P4 3.4GHz 2GB RAM XFX GeForce 9600GT ADE Comcast High-Speed Internet 20+ MBs Windows XP Home 32-bit SP3
My entire internet stops working when it tries (and fails) to connect to GameGuard. As soon as it gives me the error my internet starts working again. Any solutions? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, plugging my internet straight into my computer instead of working through a router, and on and on.
